D4.1 Matchmaking and Innovation Activities Overview

Facilitated innovation workshops will be conducted for each of the three challenges defined in T4.1. The individual cases will determine the format of the workshop, which can be either a digital or physical event. At least one workshop will be conducted physically at BLOXHUB in Copenhagen and if preferred by the challenge owners, additional workshops can be done either digitally, at BLOXHUB or locally in the region of the challenge owner (SMC), supported or facilitated by relevant consortium partners. Selected experts, SMEs and investors (see T4.4) will be recruited for participation among the consortium´s networks and ecosystems with support from all partners to set the team to solve the challenges. The innovation workshops are curated using Nordic design methods with a cross-sector view on holistic solutions, aiming to creating both cross- regional partnerships as well as sharing experience and solutions for the urban challenges defined in T4.1. The matchmaking from these workshops will also be supported and further expanded by digital matchmaking occurring via the Digital Forum (see WP2).
