D3.1. Capacity Building Activity Report

This Capacity Building program consists of multiple themes identified by the market report in WP1. The program offered capacity building activities for Small and Medium-Sized Cities (SMCs) to help them implement smart and sustainable city solutions with the goal of supporting them in reaching their NetZero goals. The program was divided into three stages, including four hosted training sessions, progressively stepping through the process of responding to NetZero challenges.
